Quotes are free and subject to change based on the final site evaluation.
Payment must be made according to the agreed quote, either before or after the service, depending on the payment methods accepted by the company.
In some cases, a deposit may be required before the service begins.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from local authorities before the work begins. Additionally, the client must ensure safe access to the work area.
Inform us of any conditions that may pose a danger to our team (such as power lines, weak structures, underground pipes affected by tree roots, etc.).
Remove any objects or belongings that may obstruct the work.
Keep people and pets away from the work area during service.
Be present during the on-site evaluation
D&Y TREE SERVICES is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to the client’s property.
Indirect damage caused by falling trees or branches if the removal is performed under the client’s instructions without a professional assessment.
Delays in service due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
Cancellations must be notified at least [X] hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for services that have already started or been completed.
In case of severe weather or other external factors, the service may be rescheduled without penalties for the client.
